This little dish grates peeled garlic into a nice pulp like consistency and then you can add your favorite olive oil, vinegar, and herbs. It has a small hole on the side that can be used for stripping herbs. You can enjoy directly from the small dish, or use the little pour spout to add your olive oil into a salad dressing or onto a skillet for cooking. A great gift for garlic lovers!
